    I’m very new to this site and am trying to figure out how to change the font color for this particular theme’s site title and tagline. Thanks!

    The blog I need help with is urbansketcherspiedmonttriad.wordpress.com.

    Hi there,

    If you have upgraded to a Premium or Business plan which allows you to add custom CSS, the colours can be changed by adding the CSS below to customizer in My Sites > Customize > CSS:

    /* Change the site title colour */
    .site-title a {
        color: #ff0000;
    }

    /* Change the tagline colour */
    .site-description {
        color: #ff0000;
    }

    The # colour values can be changed to whatever colour you prefer.

    I hope this helps :)

    Hello,

    I have the same question. I am using Zinnias Lite theme.

    I added the above custom CSS and many more to try to change the color of the site title and tagline. Though it did not change.

    Does changing these features require a paid wordpress version? I used to do this before for an earlier site with a free wordpress and the changes used to reflect. Has something changed?

    It would be great if you could advice me on this.

    The site I need help with is http://www.onmycanvas.com

    Thank you so much.

    Hi @talesbypriya,

    This forum only provides support for sites hosted here at WordPress.com.

    If you need support for Zinnias Lite on your self-hosted WordPress site, please try posting your question in the support forum for that theme over at WordPress.org:

    https://wordpress.org/support/theme/zinnias-lite

    To learn about the differences between the two versions of WordPress (.com vs.org), please see this guide.

    Good luck!
