Is it possible to change the size of all type in CSS? I’m considering using Elemin Theme as base for my website, and making some changes through CSS. First off, I’d want the tagline type to be bigger. Is it possible?

Also wondering, does CSS enable complete range with color changes?

    Many thanks.

The blog I need help with is cocobusan.wordpress.com.

Yes, font sizes and colors can be set in the CSS.

On colors, there are 216 websafe colors which work in all browsers and on all operating systems.

There are 4024 websmart colors which can be used, but some browser and some computer systems may substitute the closest websafe color. Macs will display all 4024 colors correctly, but many windows machine may not. It depends on which browser and operating system is in use.
