Changing URL

  1. I am trying to change my URL. After I follow your instructions to do so it says that my confirmation does not match when in fact it does. What do I do?

    Are you trying to follow the instructions on this support page to change to another blog address? (i.e.

    If so, can you try it once more from your dashboard in My Blogs?

    If you get the same result, can you upload a screenshot of what you're seeing to your Media Library so I can take a closer look?
