Chargeback unable to pay $15
I was checking my domain, and got a message about a chargeback, and I would like to pay the $15 but the system doesn’t let me, I tried a credit card and PayPal but nothing happens. An error message comes up , something showing … “not supported by Jetpack”. Need help as I want to renew the domain on 11/25. Thanks

The upgrades for mynet-tv.com are owned by osivette so please try logging in to that account to pay the chargeback fee.
If that doesn’t work, please reply from that account with the exact error message you are seeing and we’ll be happy to take a closer look at what is happening.
I tried to pay the charge, but keep getting error:
“This upgrade is not available for Jetpack site.”

I have sent you a link via email to pay the chargeback fee, and for the domain’s renewal – a domain renewal cannot be reversed, and when you transfer the domain to another provider it will be renewed there for another year once the transfer completes, so you won’t lose any of the time on the domain that you paid for to us.
To which email did you send the link? I couldn’t find the link email.

We can’t send it to multiple users, unfortunately. But you can search your email for “Payment request from Automattic Inc.”
I did the payment, receipt 32687475, domain doesn’t show in my “My Site” section, and still shows the top message:
Warning: One or more transactions linked to this site were refunded due to a contested charge. This may have happened because of a chargeback by the credit card holder or a PayPal investigation. Each contested charge carries a fine. To resolve the issue and re-enable posting, please pay for the chargeback fine.
I have made an adjustment on our end. Can you please check again?
