charged for nothing and no receipt

    I tried 4 times yesterday to upgrade to pro but the page kept freezing when trying to pay with Paypal or Credit Card. The bank froze 400 USD $ in the process from my bank account. Do you have arecipt or something I can look at becuase I didnt receive anything for the money so it would be nice of you to help me resolve it. I tried contacting support but no answer, what should I do?

  2. Hi. As you were told before, you need to contact staff directly.
    If you have already contacted staff, check your spam folder and be patient. As long as you contacted them within the deadline for refunds (2 days for domain names, 30 days for everything else), you'll be fine.
