Charged for something I didn't bought

  1. I've been charged from something I didn't bought at all. I haven't use WP for 1 year, and I discovered that I've bought 18USD from I want to be refund because I don't understand what happened to your site.

    The blog I need help with is

  2. It is highly possible that someone or something has "hacked" into your account, I highly suggest you change your password right now!!

    Only staff can give you an refund, wait for a staff member to look at this.

    That charge sounds like a domain renewal fee, if you paid for one a year ago, it automatically charges you every year for it. You should go into your account and stop the renewal. If it was done less than two days ago you can go to your Store -> My Upgrades and press cancel, and you'll get your money back. Otherwise, staff will have to cancel the domain from their end, and you won't get your money back.

    Sorry clarification, I said domain renewal fee, because I assumed you previously bought one. It is true someone may have hacked in and bought one, but I doubt it.
