  Hello Everyone.

  Questions:

  1. Once I create a child theme with the business plan. Do I have to update it myself or will it automatically update with hosting from wordpress.com?

  2. Will I still get support help, with creating a child theme. What I want to do is add the “Portfolio Page Template”, that shows featured content from one theme to a different theme, both are made by automattic.

  1. The parent theme will automatically update.

  2. We can provide support for any bugs encountered with the parent theme, but we cannot assist with building your child theme.
