    Hi there,

Take a look at this guide:

It should help clear things up. If not, what CNAME are you trying to add?

Hewsut … yes, i did check that. My issue is specific to Currently this is mapped to not sure how but it happened when i moved my domain from godaddy to wordpress.

It should be mapped to my gmail account so i can get my web mail and i cant figure out what i need to do.

    Thx for your assistance.

First you need to set up MX records and POP hosts on the custom DNS editor (the one Hew linked).

MX record / CNAME information for GoDaddy is listed here.

    In the DNS editor, enter:

    MX 0
    MX 10
    CNAME mail
    CNAME pop
    CNAME smtp

Note: MX records (first 2 lines) may not be the same as above for your account, as the documentation states “Enter your MX record information as indicated in your Email Control Center.”
You have a .COM domain, so please allow up to 8 hours for the change to complete.

Here’s how to set up POP access for another account on Gmail.
