Cobrança indevida

  1. Foi debitado no meu cartão de crédito dois themas premium Little Story, mas eu comprei apenas um.
    O que aconteceu foi que o wordpress não aceitava meu cartão e eu tentei várias vezes. O problema, no entanto, era da liberação do cartão para compras internacionais. Então, depois de liberado, eu fiz uma compra.

    Costa dois temas comprados na minha fatura de cartão de crédito. Quero o reembolso, mas não parcial.

  3. Was charged to my credit card two premium themas Little Story, but I just bought one.
    What happened was that wordpress does not accept my credit card and I tried several times. The problem, however, was the release of the card for international purchases. So, when released, I made a purchase.

    Costa bought two themes on my credit card bill. I want a refund, but not partial.

    You are right—you were double-charged. Both transaction went through at virtually the same time, so the "lock" to prevent it didn't kick in.

    I've refunded one of the two transactions. You should see it reflected on your credit card, likely next week.

  7. If you are in the required time-frame you can apply for a refund for the first premium theme and then purchase another premium theme. provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the premium theme you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store -> My Upgrades section of your Dashboard.
    Note: It takes from 1 - 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    I talked to the Paypal operator and she stated that two refunds were processed yesterday and sent to my credit card today, that is ok, but as you can see in my billing history, there were three purcheses and only two refunds (not counting the domain name, which I'm going to keep using).
    The first refund of $ 75.00 (the double-charged purchase of a premium theme) was supposed to be processed in December.
