    this blog doesn’t use more than 90 days
    what should I do to use this blog again ?

    The reason that site doesn’t work is that it’s hosting ACTIVE MALWARE and you are going to have to get it off before your blog will be useable again. Presumably since you’re signed into the account you can access the dashboard and edit things.
