Confirmation email adress

    Hello everyone,

    Could anyone help me on this. I just created a blog and want to post my first article but I need to confirm the email to do so. The problem is that I never received that email, and when I click on the ‘send again’ button, nothing happens. I double checked the email and there is no mistake in it ..
    If anyone can help me it would be perfect.

    Hi, have you checked your emails spam folder, it might have been sent their by your email provider by mistake? If you are using GMail and having issues receiving the confirmation email, please check here:

    If you have another email account you could use to verify your new account, perhaps give that a shot?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the answer but I checked on the spam folder and there is nothing. I am indeed using GMail and this is a work email so I can’t really verify my new account with another one. I asked for a new password to see if I receive anything and I received the link to change the password on my email and it worked perfectly. So I can’t see where is the problem right now.

    Hi, if it’s GMail for business, could be that the email is not even hitting your account but filtered before gets delivered to you.

    I’ll tag this thread ‘modlook’ so one of the support team can help resolve this manually for you.
