Confused and Frustrated

  1. I want to cancel the auto renewal charge I just received and any future charges. I have been unable to figure this out navigating through your most confusing website. Please help me!!! I have really tried but I believe that I accidentally signed up for this service and I really didn't know what I was doing and now that I've been charged with an annual fee I realize that it was all a mistake. Please help me!!!

  2. You can disable auto-renew of any upgrade > Store > My Upgrades
    click the "disable auto-renew" link. provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

  3. If I could figure out how to get to My Upgrades so that I can see the "disable auto-renew" link, I would do that. If you can give me a specific set of instructions (login, click on this, click on that, then look in the whatever area of the screen, and so forth) I would be very grateful.

  4. I am totally frustrated with the new setup.... I know change is difficult but there are just so many things wrong with they way WordPress works now. The Reader is confusing.... pictures are above?below? the post? the name of the blogger is now below ? and the font is quite small. Some of us aging bloggers have vision problems.... please! I could not find my dashboard for the longest time, the Freshly Pressed site is now way too time consuming to even scroll through (it was nice at a glance before and I could easily find new bloggers to follow) I am totally frustrated and I am having too much difficulty navigating through all the changes. If it aint broke, don't fix it. Because you didn't ... you broke it. I may have to go back to livejournal.

    You must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade(s).

  8. I don't see any upgrade under your 'akobye' account. What upgrades are you referring to? If you're not sure, then let us know more details about the charges you received on your card.
