I actually had an issue with this when I set up mine as well. However, once you bought the upgrade, you should be able to “Change Primary” domain, and depending on if you bought it with WordPress or another host, it will walk you through the process. Let me know if you need further assistance.
No walk through is required. This thread is tagged for Staff.

Thank you. Please be patient while waiting for Staff to assist you.
There is no domain mapping upgrade for immigratecanadian.com. If you would like to use this domain you will first need to set up domain mapping.
There is information on how to set up domain mapping in our support documentation. http://en.support.wordpress.com/add-a-domain/
When you see that I thread has been tagged for Staff and you read a response from an experienced Volunteer like me (I have answered questions here for over 10 years) has posted a response the best course of action for your to take may be to find another thread to answer.
We all certainly appreciate your quick and timely responses, and definitely learn a lot from you. Unfortunately, as you are so experienced, others may not know what all the ins-and-outs of the forums might be. Your patience is definitely helpful in helping all of us get things done.
Again thank you kindly and I certainly do apologize for stepping on toes.
