    email customer service. I want to cancel an upgrade that I did on October 20th and it is not letting me get a refund. Says that it is older than 30 days. There is no where on the site to actually e-mail someone. Very frustrating. They can take your money in a heartbeat but you can’t find anyone to talk with if there is a problem.

    My domain name expired. Is there anyway to retrieve my content and give it a new blog name? Someone bought my domain name right after it expired : ( Please help, I have several recipes on the blog I’d like access to. Thanks!


    I cant seem to get any help from , There is someone who is following my blog and is listed in my community widget. it is a spam blog/account that is listed. The gravatar url for the spam account is and the blog is and ive tried to contact this person but I cant find a way to contact them to stop following me.

    We cannot block or delete subscribers from public blogs. However, please read this about public blogs that become private blogs > Blog Privacy and Subscribers >

    Note that you have complete control comment moderation.

    Also note there is no upgrade you can purchase that changes what I stated above.



    P.S. I visited that blog and it’s NOT a spam blog so far as I can tell. if it were then I would report it.


    ok. I will continue to look into the matter. Thanks for the help. All I know its an annoyance to have the person follow me. I looked at their blog and the last time anything was posted was in 2008.



    There is NOTHING for you to look into. It’s not a spam blog and you cannot prevent, block or delete anyone form following a public blog.
