I just typed a question for Support but there’s no “submit” button or the like. How do I know if the question went through?
The blog I need help with is uwant2gogo.wordpress.com.
The support form is still closed and should reopen this morning.
When you type in the text box some more options will open up down below and you need to page down sometimes to see them – there is a radio button to choose “no my question was not answered” then follow the prompts to send the question in.
You will see a screen that says “thanks – your question is speeding to us” or something like that. There will be a note that the question was sent in. I think you get an email but I can’t remember for sure as I have not used the form in a while.
Thanks, auxclass. I didn’t realize Support had to be open before I could submit a question; thought it just went to an inbox.
Perhaps we can answer your support question. If you wish you can post it here and we Volunteers will try and help you with it.
Thanks, timethief. Several volunteers very kindly tried to help me with my problem over the w/e and ultimately advised that I contact Support but I’m happy to get any help I can get!
Here’s the link to the Forum conversation so you can see what solutions were already suggested:

Thanks for posting those links. I’m sorry we cannot help. You do indeed need Staff intervention.
Your RSS feed contains invalid XML:
XML error: Invalid character at line 559

Thanks for your offer of help, timethief!
You’re welcome and best wishes.
It looks like your feed is working now.
For future reference, http://validator.w3.org/feed/ will show you exactly where the problem is. In this case, it was probably an invalid character in a post that just needed to be replaced.
Thanks so much, macmanx and timethief!
designsimply explained how she addressed the problem in the Support thread.
Here’s the link in case other members want to know what she did:
Thank you so much to everyone for all the help!!!!
