Converting embed code from Podomatic to WordPress

    Hello,
I’m very new to using WordPress and have no web design experience at all, so the process of converting an embed code to a WordPress short code is confusing me. I’ve read some tutorials but they don’t seem to correspond to the code I have from Podomatic (I’m trying to embed a podcast player to my site).
Is this possible? If so, could someone please help me out by converting this code for me, and maybe explaining what I should do in future?

    <iframe height=’85’ width=’440′ frameborder=’0′ marginheight=’0′ marginwidth=’0′ scrolling=’no’ src=’http://thepaintedgrin.podomatic.com/embed/frame/posting/2012-06-04T06_13_54-07_00?json_url=http%3A%2F%2Fthepaintedgrin.podomatic.com%2Fentry%2Fembed_params%2F2012-06-04T06_13_54-07_00%3Fcolor%3D43bee7%26autoPlay%3Dfalse%26width%3D440%26height%3D85%26objembed%3D0′ allowfullscreen></iframe>

Thanks so much, I really appreciate any help you can give.

The blog I need help with is thepaintedgrin.wordpress.com.

I’m sorry but we cannot embed iframe codes into WordPress.com blogs. The software strips the code out for security reasons. Please see here for a solution > https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/podomatic-on-wordpress?replies=8
