Copy and paste widget code where to?

    I installed a clock widget from localtimes.info as a plugin and activted it, works fine. Then I went to their site and saw they had a whole lot of different clocks but you copy code from the code box but where do i paste it? Do I have to deactivate the current widget? It says copy and paste this code into your blog, well thats not very helpful is it? LOL
