Can I costumize or modif the themes that I used?
No, not really. The only thing you can do right now is change some of the “sidebar” options on a few of the themes, but as far as the look, the feel and the taste of our blogs…no. Probably for good reason as well.
Check out the FAQ:
That might have more of an explanation. Cheers.
Thank you for your response. Now, if I want to change my theme with another themes from WordPress codex, how I do it?
Unfortunately, you can’t do it. You can only use the themes that are provided to you when you click on the “Presentation” link on your Dashboard:

WordPress.com tightly controls the themes now probably due to the massive amount of technological coordination it takes to run this site. At some point, maybe they’ll open it up so that we can customize our themes better. If anyone can customize their theme now, they may be an insider or working for WP.com for Beta testing purposes.
So, bottom-line is: at the present time, you have to use the themes provided as they are, but you can change some of the Sidebar options on a handful of the provided themes (and they seem to add new themes every week or so). If you like a theme a lot, you can suggest/recommend it in the Ideas forum below.
Hope that helps. Cheers. :-)
PS. I don’t work for WP.com and I am only speculating from empirical data, reading this forum and their FAQ. Someone from WP.com might step in here and tell me I’m all wet (which is true because I just got out of the shower).

It’s more that we share all of the theme installs on the server to save space as well as for security concerns but you basically got it right.
Nice *.gifs by the way.

Not only that, but they are almost certainly called Scoble ;) The developers at least have the manners to use the same templates as the rest of us.
Some specific users have a few more features than the rest of us.
But not me. :(
