create articles using WordPress eXtended RSS (WXR) file

    Hello I want to create articles using this method
    1-Create an xml file (WordPress eXtended RSS (WXR) file) to this file
    I have title ,the content and category
    2-import this to wp
    How create this xml file?
    I tried to export an WXR file with wordpress and edit the xml file
    exemple:

    I can edit the article of the WXR file(for exemple change title) but I can’t add new articles
    Help me please
