    Update my credit card – appears to be updated, but old credit card still being charged monthly billing. All other billing is associated with the new card.

    For what site is this please? The site linked to your username doesn’t appear to be hosted here on WordPressdotcom.

    @respitecareinc,

    You’re welcome :) Glad that @justjennifer took care of you. Next time, please post your question on WordPress.org forums (https://www.wordpress.org/support/), and contact your host so that they can take care of this for you, since this forum is for users’ sites on WordPress.com

    Thanks! I was trying to update our subscription for Akismet/Vaultpress. It appeared we could manage our account through wordpress.com, but that was not the case. Thanks for your help!

    Will keep wordpress.org in mind for next time, thank you!

    @respitecareinc – Glad you got it figured out and thanks for letting us know.

    For billing questions for Premium Services like Akismet and Vaultpress you should be able to contact them directly.

    I’ve tagged this for Staff attention to address the confusing collection of support contact links on this page:

    @alissonwp thanks for posting here, however I return to answer threads I’ve help users in when I come online. Being in different time zones has advantages and disadvantages, but that’s online life. Cheers.

    @justjennifer,

    > I’ve tagged this for Staff attention to address the confusing collection of support contact links on this page:

    Are you referring to the Get Help button linking to WordPress.com support in addition to the in-text links to Jetpack support? That Get Help button is built into the support site theme and cannot be removed from individual pages, unfortunately.

    @alissonwp

    If a user replies to say they figured out their problem there is no need to reply to tell them to post somewhere else. And as @justjennifer also mentioned, all staff and experienced volunteers follow threads we reply to so we can follow up on future replies.

    Hi @kokkieh – thanks for looking. On that support guide I meant these links:

    If you run into any trouble setting up Akismet, feel free to get in touch. You can also browse the Akismet site to learn more.

    If you run into any trouble setting up VaultPress, feel free to get in touch. You can also browse the VaultPress site to learn more.

    You can manage your subscription from the Upgrades page on WordPress.com.

    If you have any questions, or just want to say howdy, drop us a line!

    But no mention of where to turn for billing questions on those services. As these are WordPressdotcom Premium services, should the user be pointed at Akismet and/or Vaultpress and/or Jetpack and/or tagged for Staff? :) Thanks.

    For legacy VaultPress and Akismet plans the individual contact forms for those products are best, though as those plugins now form part of Jetpack, Jetpack support can also help with those.

    We ( WordPress.com forums staff) don’t have access to the payment systems for those services, so best to contact those teams directly.

    I’ll ask the Jetpack team to take a look at that doc, as they have a better idea what goes on there.
