Credit Card change rejected; whom do we contact?

  1. I'm consulting remotely for a client on The client needs to update the account information to charge a new credit card for domain hosting, but he says the system refuses to accept the change. He says he has had this problem with this card with other orgs and needs to resolve the problem over the phone. Is there a number my client can call to handle this problem? Or can we handle it online?
