Credit Card Charged but registration not extended

  1. How can I contact support directly? I just entered my credit card details and bought a year's extension to my domain upgrade, mapping and private registration, however the card has been charged, I have a receipt email, but my dashboard still shows my upgrades expiring in 4 days.

  3. Hi there - your domain looks like it was properly renewed and I see this message under Store > My Upgrades:

    "This upgrade will expire in 12 months on December 30, 2013"

    Are you seeing something different or perhaps there another site you're referring to?

  4. Hello, thanks - yes it seems to have sorted itself out, even last night it said 2012, but now it says 2013. Thanks for your help.
