Custom CSS missing
I bought the Custom CSS upgrade on 14 July 2012 along with the No Ads upgrade. I have a credit card associated with my account and expected the annual payment for both of these to be processed this month. However, logging in today I see that the No Ads upgrade is still active, but the Custom CSS upgrade is not present, and the CSS customisations have vanished from the site (it is private, which is why I did not notice until looking just now). I’m confused as to what has happened here: I see that the Custom CSS upgrade has now been replaced by the Custom Design upgrade – has that caused a problem with processing the annual payment? Was it a different fee or something?
Does my custom CSS still exist somewhere and can it be restored if I pay a further annual subscription?
The blog I need help with is 1652country.wordpress.com.
Yes, I believe your custom CSS will return when the account is renewed. Because we volunteers cannot help I have modlooked this thread for staff to see. If you subscribe, then you’ll be notified when there is a response.
Thanks, 1tess. I think I see what the problem was: there’s a hitch with the card details on the auto-renew. I’ll try again with a different card.
Ok. Please post if that solves it so I can remove the modlook.
I will do, but unfortunately I need to get details of the new card from someone else: I’m waiting for their reply, but that may not be until tomorrow now.
