Custom DNS Records

I got a mini problem. Few Internet Providers in my region blocks the access to WordPress blogs, including mine. They do not block, but all subdomains, for instance, including those with a custom domain.

I wonder if I can edit Custom DNS Records so that I can bypass this.

FYI, they also block the access to Blospot blogs. However, blog owners can edit their DNS records (maybe they switch to or something), so blog viewers can still read their posts.

The blog I need help with is

  2. Probably they block the access to,,

Is there a way to solve this? Anyone?
