    I don’t like having to ask this in a public forum, but seeing that I can find no point of contact for billing enquiries, here goes…

    I currently have a free basic account, but some time back I paid the $30 P.A. (I forget exactly when) to remove ads from my blog page. When I go STORE>> Billing History, there are no transactions listed. Maybe this is only for premium account holders.

    How do I check on my account status to see how much time I have left on my subscription and to access payment methods?

    Does anyone out there know how members can check their annual subscriptions for additional services, or is there someone who can be contacted in relation to these matters? Please let me know if you do.

    Billing History should show you the history and My Upgrades should show you the active Upgrades

    However you need to be logged in as the account that purchased the Upgrades to see them – do you have a second account?


    No… only this account that you are replying to.

    I haven’t yet upgraded from the free basic account to the Pro Bundle.
    However, I chose the extra option to remove ads from my otherwise free account. Therefore it wasn’t a full upgrade.

    Still I need to check when my next “No Ads” option expires before I decide whether to continue in the same manner or pay the $99 for the Pro Bundle Upgrade. Nothing shows under Billing History or My Upgrades.

    I’m a bit wary about renewing either until I can see my personal billing status on-screen. Any further ideas?

    Hi there amacweb,

    I see no transactions whatsoever for your user account. I checked the audit of the blog and don’t see that upgrade ever applied to the blog in question.

    It sounds like you must have had a different user account that you enabled the no ads upgrade on, or ultimately didn’t purchase the upgrade.

    Apologies for the mistake.

    I think I’ve worked out where I went wrong… it was on a different account but with a different company back when I was new to blogging and I was sampling a few different options.

    At least I know I don’t have any half-used entitlements when I am ready to upgrade with WordPress.
