Add topic to favorites
I am inexperienced in css formatting and I was hoping to get some help on front page formatting I would like my page to look more like this

https://www.booster.com/ looks like a custom website design. To get a site that looks just like that one or very similar to it, you would need to hire a web developer or switch themes.

Here are a few WordPress.com that I think you might like after I looked at the booster.com website:

Try the Live Demo button for each of them and click around a bit.

If you want to stick with the Organization theme but change the design, you would need to learn CSS to do that. The CSS forum here at WordPress.com is to help you learn how to use the tools and provide you with the advice and resources you need to get to a point where you can edit custom CSS on your own.

Do take a look at the other themes though. If you really want to change your design a lot, then picking out the closest possible thing is the best possible starting point to do that.
