I know that there is voluminous information about this on the internet, but unless I spend hours and hours sifting through it, I will not be able to find a simple answer to my question.
The question: Is there a way to build or import a customized search feature into my WP.com blog that will search a database I upload to my site? The static page should only have a search box, and the search function will search the database behind the scenes. Also, can I limit the search to just this database, as opposed to my entire blog? Thanks!
