en WordPress.com Forums › Support Customizing 404 page Author Posts September 28, 2012 at 5:14 pm #1026598 kbsalazarMember Is there a way to customize the automatically generated 404 page that’s returned when someone accesses a non-available link on my site? I’d like to insert a couple of redirects to commonly “lost” resources, and reassuring language that the search box can be used to find things. Thanks in advance for any/all help The blog I need help with is string-or-nothing.com. September 28, 2012 at 6:17 pm #1026718 kbsalazarMember It’s a paid premium account – not a free one. Does that matter? September 28, 2012 at 7:00 pm #1026732 timethiefMember No it’s does not matter. We can purchase specific upgrades for specific features and function only. There is no upgrade that allows us to be able to edit templates and themes or anything else stated here: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ September 28, 2012 at 7:01 pm #1026734 timethiefMember Specifically note this please > http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/#frequently-asked-questions September 28, 2012 at 7:28 pm #1026751 kbsalazarMember Ah well.
