In mobile phones is still descktop version, how can I change it?

The blog I need help with is pollypilates.wordpress.com.

On Google Chrome on Android, I see that https://pollypilates.wordpress.com/ loads a mobile version.

Are you by any chance forcing your mobile browser to load a desktop version? Have you tried using a different browser on your mobile to see if it helps?

Did you get this sorted? Everything looks normal to me when I visit https://pollypilates.wordpress.com on iPhone 5s with Safari.

Would it be possible to upload a screenshot from your phone to help in troubleshooting?

Here’s a guide on how to make a screenshot:

You can upload the screenshot – in a graphic format like JPG, PNG, or GIF – in your Media Library, and provide a link so I can see it, or upload it with a service like Imgur or Snaggy.

I have the same issue. When I view my site on an iPhone or iPad there is a big grey block at the top. When I log in from my desktop or an android phone it looks fine.

I am referring to my site http://www.lowcarblifenow.com.

velocitystratex – I see the issue on my iPhone 5s, but I’m not immediately certain where that’s coming from. To rule out a plugin conflict, you could try temporarily deactivating all your plugins. Does the problem persist? If the problem is gone, reactivate your plugins one-by-one, look at the site in between each reactivation, to find the conflict.

There was a header picture that was supposed to show up there. Once I removed it, the grey box went away. Not sure why the header pic won’t work, but no big deal.

    Great – glad you’re set.
