Dates in the link to the post

  1. Hello,

I have a question regarding a change that have happened recently in the functionality of wordpress.

If you create a post the link to the post contains the date when it was published. We all know that. But recently a change has been made so that the name of the link is changed when doing an update.

I manage a poetry site where users can link up their poetry (dversepoets.com). It's not rare that people do small changes to their posts afterwards, but after the recent update this means that that link will be broken after such an update.

I would be extremely happy for any hints how you can do an update without having the link to the post changing.

    Björn

The blog I need help with is brudberg.me.
