Here’s how to permanently delete Trash >
IMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting blog content does not remove it from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months.
To get started with blogging use the helpful tutorial Staff have linked to the bottom of your Admin page at http://learn.wordpress.com
P.S. You have a bogus URL linked to your username. There is no @ in any wordpress.com blog address. That’s for email addresses only.
Here’s how to link your username to your primary blog in your blog Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings
Scroll down to Account Details. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Primary Blog‘ select the URL for your primary wordpress.com blog and then save changes.
This is change is not retroactive. After you change it every time if we click your username and your primary blog will be linked to it. And every time you leave a comment on any blog your username can be likewise clicked and your blog can be instantly located.
