I just purchased an upgrade for my blog to add natrualbonsai.com to my blog. I spelled the name I wanted wrong and would like a refund. I tried to contact customer support and they said they are gone for the holidays until Jan. 3, but the refund policy says I need to contact them within 2 days of the purchase.
Since you have posted here within the two days, and since they are closed I doubt there will be an issue with a refund/deletion. I’ll tag this thread for staff attention and hopefully they will get back to you shortly on this.
