I’m not seeing a contact form on your blog. And the contact form as well as the comment form don’t list your info, they pre-fill each logged-in visitor’s data: if I visit your blog, I’ll see my data, not yours.
Anyway, to remove the comment form on an already published page, you go to Pages > All Pages, click Quick Edit under the page title, uncheck the comment option, click Update. Same thing for a published post, in Posts > All Posts.
To remove the comment form for future posts and pages, you go to Settings > Discussion, uncheck the option “Allow people to post comments on new articles”, save changes.
Thanks, Justpi! I will take note. I ended up deleting the entire post and then re-posting the blog. It was the Contact form that was great but it got placed smack dab in the middle of my blog post! I couldn’t move it to the end plus it had all my info in the boxes when published on the blog. So, I simply started over. : ) thanks again! –Awasos
