deleted my blog, but it's still there

I tried to delete my blog in March (I clicked on the confirmation link in my email), but the site is still up.
When I tried to log in to try and delete it again, it told me I didn’t have permission.
How can I get rid of the blog if it won’t let me log in?

You need the correct user & password for log in.
Note that only the owner can delete the blog. -
Sorry, I’ve described the situation incorrectly! Thanks for your responses so far. :)
When I log in, it tell me I have no blogs. (“You don’t have any WordPress sites yet. Would you like to start one?”) So, I don’t see any way to try and delete the blog again, since it claims I don’t have a blog at all.
When I clicked on the confirmation email from when I tried to delete it in March, it gave me this error message: “User theratwins Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested. You are logged in as “theratwins” and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for “theratwins”. If you are not “theratwins”, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are “theratwins” and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.”
There was never any other owner or admin, so there’s no one to email. Yet the site is still up.
