Deleting blog and complications

I am trying to delete one of my blogs. I get to the point it says they will send me an email to confirm but I closed down that email this morning. I have no way to get back into again. I am trying to close down everything that has to do with this particular business and I am assuming I did this in the wrong order.
I have another blog and email that is wordpress as well, but this one was the main one and the first one I had on here.

Suggestions, a phone number to talk to someone or anything that might help.

If I was an administrator with the blog I am closing down and the one I am keeping. Will I not be able to edit the one I am keeping anymore that is another question I need help with.
