did not got the full refund

  1. Hi,
    I had Purchased the Personal plan which costed me 35.88 which i cancelled with in 24 hours but got refund of 22.88. Please let me know why i the deduction was made.

    As discussed earlier, I am from inforchards, have not received the full refund till date , please do the needful

  7. Everything has been processed on our end. You may need to contact your bank and ask them what happened with the charge. As far as we can see, the money should be in their hands.
