Didn’t get refund for WordPress plan cancellation
I cancelled my premium WordPress plan and didn’t get any refund for http://edueasysharecom.wordpress.com/
. The reason I cancelled the plan was that I got the domain name wrong http://edueasysharecom.wordpress.com/ instead of http://edueasyshare.wordpress.com/
I didn’t get the refund. If I get the refund then I will try the premium plan. When can I get the refund.

You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

I can confirm that we issued your refund on 18 September, so only a week ago. Refunds typically take around 10 business days to appear in your account, and sometimes longer in the case of non-US banks.
If you haven’t received your refund after that period of time, please contact your bank directly to follow up as we don’t have any control over their own processing times for refunds.
