Didn't Getting OTP on Mobile | No Backup Code

  1. Hello,

    I have another account on wordpress site, which having a create a problem for me. I know very well my login ID and password but whenever I am tying to login my account he did not sending me a OTP on my mobile that's why I am unable to login my account also is there one more feature of backup code but worst thing is that I don't remember where I save backup code which provided by wordpress. Even I can't talk with the support because for direct talk to support I have to upgrade my membership but how I can upgrade btw I don't wont to upgrade. So please help me what I have to do for login my account also let me know if is there any wordpress toll free number for help.

    What is the username or the site in the other account you are trying to access?

    If you are not receiving the codes, and you don't have any backup codes, the only way to regain access is via the account recovery form, here:

    Thanks for help... I just fill Account Recovery form and finely contact with wordpress support but I share with them wrong authentication code because I don't have all these 3 things which they want to verify.

    Do you have a transaction ID?
    I didn't make any transaction.

    Do you have an activation URL or key?
    I don't have any activation URL or key so I update them the information when I changed my password with date & time.

    Do you have two factor authentication codes?
    I didn't getting OTP on my mobile so not more codes.

    Let's see what happen. btw I provide more things then they can easily verify it's my account so... Can you let me know your skype ID or Whatsapp number where I can share with you my username.

  5. Okay, I am waiting for reply from wordpress team & I will share with you my username from another new account ASAP...!!!

I got reply from wordpress team, now I can access my account but still I can't disable phone number verification because when I try to disable it's sent OTP but I didn't getting any OTP my mobiles... It's not good services from wordpress site. so Let me know how can I resolved this issue. also I saved backup code.
