I have been digging in to the various blogs which are attached to this account and it appears that there were two blogs attached to the WordPress.com blog here as well as at least one self-hosted WordPress.org blog hosted over at GoDaddy.com.
The contents of the blogs which are hosted here shouldn't be going anywhere. Blogs are permanent and free, so there should be any issue. However if you would like to take a backup of them just in case, you can do so by following these instructions:
You'll need to follow those instructions for each of the blogs.
Once you do this, you'll need to log in to the blog at GoDaddy.com. Unfortunately there isn't much which I can do to help in this case. You will need to reach out to GoDaddy.com at (480) 505-8877 and let them know what has happened. They might be able to help you get access to the GoDaddy account. Once you're in there, you'll need to get in to the WordPress.org account. You'll probably want this help article from the WordPress.org Codex:
It details the various ways in which you can reset a password. Once you're in, you can backup or export that site the exact same way.
