Display wordpress posts widget problems

  1. Hello nice people,

I've set up the above widget to display in the footer of my site. I've also checked the widget box to show featured image and excerpt, but it doesn't seem to be displaying correctly. The "featured image" is enormous.

I assume it shouldn't be like this and would appreciate any help, short of turning off featured images and/or buying some sort of upgrade.

  2. I've replicated the issue and understand what you mean.

A Custom Design Upgrade will enable you to control the CSS of your site so that you can customize how these images appear.

To learn more about what this Upgrade can offer, please see the following support document:

  3. Hi pmciano- The OP mentioned:

Just for clarification, is it now's policy to suggest buying the Custom Design upgrade (whether the user has CSS experience or not) rather than to fix the problem? I'm asking because this is the second time this week I've seen such a Staff response. Thanks.

  5. @yarnaholic @justpi

    I apologize. @justjennifer is correct.

This issue is a bug and, while useful, a Custom Design Upgrade is unnecessary for addressing your complaint. I have reported the problem and will update you once it has been resolved.

    Thank you for your patience.

  6. Hi,

Yes, this is certainly a bug on our part; it will be fixed in the next 24hrs. Thanks for your patience!

  7. Your widget images are displaying properly now. Thanks again, and let us know if you run in to any other issues.

  8. Great news @kirkwight and appreciated!
