Do they allow Porns in WordPress?

    "By making Content available, you represent and warrant that: [...] the Content is not pornographic [...]"

    But there are more than 60 million blogs at the moment, so I guess WP cannot possibly monitor all of them directly. When you see a blog that violates the TOS, you need to report it: you hover over the name of the blog in the grey admin bar (next to the W icon) and click "Report this Content" (I already did it).
