Domain about to expire, want to upgrade to Premium

  1. Hi,

    My domain is about to expire but I just found the Premium option, which is really interesting. However, I cannot buy it on my domain because it's not available.

    Is there anything I can do ?

  2. How many username accounts do you have and which one are you logged in under? You must be logged in under exact same username account that registered the blog and who is the Admin of the blog to access it.

    Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones:

    If you do not see the blog here then
    follow this guide >

    If you have lost your log-in information you can visit
    If required click the "Need More Help" link and complete the form for account recovery.

    When you recover the account go here Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

  4. Since you already have domain mapping the $ 99.-- Premium Upgrade will not display - the only upgrades that display are the ones there is no conflict with existing upgrades - @TT has flagged this for the staff to help you - they can adjust things so you can buy the bundle

  5. Thanks everyone, I was correctly logged with the admin account, but I think Auxclass is right : I already have a domain mapping. I'll wait for the staff to help.

    I will send you a manual payment request for $99 for your blog. Once you have paid that, I will adjust everything accordingly and merge your existing domain and other upgrades under the bundle.

    Please note: you will still need to renew your other domain separately.

  10. The upgrade is now applied to your account, and your domain has been renewed. When it comes up for renewal, payment should work like any other upgrade.
