Domain from Automattic wont update the nameservers

  1. I want to change the nameservers to a domain bought from Automattic and when I press ok, the form just resets.
    The nameservers are good because i use them on other domains from godaddy.

    I send them an email but it takes too long to respond.

    Any suggestions?

  10. Unfortunately, the nameserver change form comes from our domain provider and we don't have the ability to make changes to it directly.

    We are checking into it and will have it back up and running as soon as is possible.

  11. I understand, but they have this ability, I emailed Automattic severel times but no answer. I guess, as long as you pay for 3 years ahead they don't really care that much. Now I'm trying to transfer to other registrar, but I made a small change to contact information, and I have to wait for 60 days.

  12. I transferred my all domains to another registrar,l mainly to keep my wordpress domains and others together. I believe that registrars are obliged to act on transfer requests within a certain time so this might be a quicker way to get a resolution.

  14. 2 days and still my domain cant save 2 nameservers. the sad part is that i haven't received back any email from automattic regarding this problem
    i remember when the domain was expiring, they were sending emails weekly to remember that. weel i guess automattic made lots of money and now they left on a vacation or somthing, i cant imagine anything else...

    I just wanted to send you an update regarding your report that you have been unable to update the name servers for your domain. We have been working with our domain provider Wild West Domains on this problem and they have been trying to get it fixed. They've told me that there is an update ready to go, and it should get deployed some time today (hopefully sooner rather than later!).

    I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, and we will send you another update as soon as we have more information or when we can confirm the problem has been fixed.

    Our domain provider has responded and told us that they are currently working on the problem. We are not happy with this feature bring broken at this time either and are doing everything we can to get it back up and running as soon as possible.

  19. Finally the domain saved the nameserveres, after 3 days. Even so, can wait to see my domain transfered to other registratar.
