    Hello Staff,

    As per Jack’s post I have been having issues for the past few weeks with this domain.
    There is no way to upgrade my domain mapping and my website has been inactive for long.

    I am trying to renew i have had this domain under the url for the past year.

    I have not purchased the upgrade yet because it stops me, saying that the is already taken.



    Okay, can you log out, then log in again using the correct account? If you have a renewal reminder in your email, use that email address to log in.

    I have attempted all those things, and I am certain I am logging in with the correct account and e-mail. There has also never been a renewal e-mail sent.
    I know this is the correct account because, for an instant early in October, I saw the option to renew the domain: – then it suddenly disappeared.

    I would greatly appreciate your support on this.

    I have checked the account, it is under another user. But here are a few things we can do:

    1) I will send an email right now to the account on file.

    2) If you previously paid for upgrades, you can verify ownership by getting the transaction ID, as outlined here:
