Domain mapping error

    Hi There,

I had my domain which is registered with godaddy, mapped with my current wordpress blog

Last night, I cancelled my domain mapping upgrade as I want to move to a self-hosted wordpress blog, and changed the nameserver to point to bluehost. After installing wordpress, I was able to login to my new site and complete the setup. However, I’m unable to access my site today. This is the message I receive

“Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.”

I’ve cleared the cache & cookies on all browsers, so that’s out of the way. I also checked the records on whois.domaintools to make sure the nameserver has picked up and it did.

Any help would be much appreciated.

The blog I need help with is

Member – loads fine to an empty WordPress.ORG install – try clearing your browser cache & forcing a page reload – note it can take up to 72 hours for changes to reach the far corners of the internet – during that time access to a web site can be erratic

    Thanks auxclass.

I’ve cleared the cache & reloaded the page to the same error message.

Also, I had installed a theme & imported my posts last night on that domain, so it’s strange that you’re seeing an empty install.

You were right auxclass! The changes just needed some time to take effect. Thank you for your help.
