jmawielsbeke was accidentally directed to: Domain Mapping on

I cancelled this mapping and received an e-mail that it will take 3-5 days for a refund – but it does NOT say how long it will take for the mapping to disconnect.

I was logged into the wrong wordpress when I tried to map my domain and it directed it to the wrong account. I cancelled the mapping – is there a way to expedite the mapping. Once this is done will I be able to direct to this wordpress instead??

    Hi there,

There may be an issue with you mapping the domain subscription to another WordPress, com now that you deactivated it from the first account, but I can connect the subscription for you manually from my end.

Can you please tell me the URL of the custom domain along with the URL of the site you want to connect the domain to? Also, please post from the account that you want the domain mapping subscription to go under.

I’ll take care of the rest for you.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Thank you for the response.

The domain I want it to be mapped to is
