    I am very very confused.
I have an account in HostMonster, where i buy my domains. I own a domain called which i manage through wordpress. The thing is, today i bought a new domain through host monster: and then came back to wordpress in my same account where I manage my other domain, and when i tried to map this new domain WP told me i had to upgrade with opts (13 dls for a mapping upgrade, or 99 dls for a mapping upgrade which included more space, no ads etc) i picked the 99 dls per year payment.

I went back to HM and changed the server names to the ones WP gives:

Then i went to WP again and changed to the primary domain in WP… and chose a theme, even uploaded a picture.
But the thing is, if i try opening an automatic hostmonster page opens up, not showing what ive started publishing from wordpress.

So then i went to the chat with someone from hostmonster, and this guy told me that i couldĀ“ve just installed wordpress directly from the HM site, so i dont know what to do!!

I dont know if this is going to work, or if i should ask for a refund of the upgrade i made in WP, and just do it directly from the HM site.

Does someone even understand what im going through?

The blog I need help with is

Take a long walk around the block, have a few of your favorites beverages – yes serious – loads fine for me – try clearing your browser cache & forcing a page reload – you will be the last one to see the changes

    Hold Your Horses!

It can take as long as 72 hours for DNS changes to become widely available. If you’re still not seeing your site loading at, please wait a few more hours, clear your browser cache, and try again.
    Nameservers Validated!

Congratulations! The nameservers appear to be set up correctly for

I’m going to mark this for staff follow-up. Based on your explanations here, and what you asked about on your separate thread here: It seems like you have two WordPress.ORG sites hosted on BlueHost/HostMonster that seem to be working as expected. But, if you also bought a premium package from, and you can’t find where to add plugins I think you might also have a 3rd site that is hosted by and somehow you are sometimes logging into that account instead of the ones at your hosting provider. In any case, if you bought the premium upgrade and aren’t actually hosting your sites here, you will want to get a refund which staff can help you with.

so, I put the link to the premium package in code brackets rather than creating a link. Whoops. Here’s the real link:

    Hey Andrea!

Can you please clarify where you wanted to host your new blog? I can see a recent purchase of the Premium upgrade on “” and the domain “” mapped to it. However, upon checking, I find that your domain’s name servers are currently pointing to HostMonster’s servers. Is this what you wanted? If so, I’d be happy to provide you a full refund. If you’d like your blog to be on, please ensure that your domain’s name servers are set to:

Let me know how you’d like to proceed. Thanks!
