Domain mapping problem

Hello, have a problem with domain mapping for this site. Domain is Latvian .lv domain is registered an have all necessary domain name server (DNS) addresses. Can you advice where is problem and how to solve it?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Did you purchase and set up the domain mapping upgrade on the WordPress side of things?

It looks like you added the WordPress name servers to your domain registration properly, but the name servers are not resolving your domain. Did you purchase and set up the domain mapping upgrade on the WordPress side of things? Also make sure the domain is set as the “primary” domain. When I trying to do the mapping, I get error – Sorry but salaspilszinatne.lv has not been registered yet therefore cannot be mapped.

Is domain mapping available now only for premium and business wordpress plans ?

It’s included in the premium and business plans, but it can be purchased as an add-on for any account level.

Are you following this guide? https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/

Specifically, are you choosing that third option that is highlighted with a red border? “Already own a domain? Map it”

If so, where exactly in the process are you receiving error messages? It looks like your domain is registered just fine.

salaspilszinatne.lv – shows registered on whois – you might need help with a zone record

I can help you with that. The short answer is that some domains need to be added manually by staff right now. Not to pigeonhole, but many of these are country specific TLD’s (.lv .ie etc).

I’ve pointed my domain to ‘external dns’ ie. Ns1, 2, 3 .wordpress.com. Whois also returns the ‘correct’ information.
When I try to ‘add a domain I already own’ I get the ‘your domain is not registered yet’ error (red box) pretty much as established above

the same story: when I try to add the “karro.lv” to the akarro.wordpress.com, it says “Sorry but karro.lv has not been registered yet therefore cannot be mapped.” and I can’t even get to payment form. your help would be appreciated :)

On my webside hosted by webnode (dawn-roginski.com), I have a page called “Blog Posts-Turning Pages with Me.”

Currently I have the url for my wordpress blog. So when readers click that url, they are taken to my blog.

What I want, is for the wordpress blog (https://dawnroginskidotcom.wordpress.com/) to appear here automatically without users having to click on the link.

Is that possible?

I received the mail, but the wordpress site has already upgraded, can you confirm that no further payment for mapping an existing domain is required? If necessary I can forward the receipt in reply to a mail you send.
