Domain mapping refund

    Hi there,

    I canceled my domain mapping and registration within 24 hours and confirmed cancelation through the email. But I still haven’t received my refund or any follow up. It’s been over two weeks. Thanks for any info.

    Could you please let me know which domain you wanted to cancel? I’m not seeing any record of a cancellation on this account, so please let me know so we can sort it out. Thanks.

    The domain is still active on your account and you should see it as active under Store > My Upgrades. It is also still mapped to your site as you can see here:



    It should not be active. I cancelled I recieved the email from wordpress that states:

    “Please confirm you would like to cancel
    By clicking the button below, you acknowledge that you want to cancel the domain You will receive a full refund of $26.00.”

    I clicked the button to cancel and never received another email or confirmation that it was cancelled and I would be getting my refund.
