    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

    Note: It takes from 1 - 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  3. I tried the store-->my upgrades--> thing and it won't work. I cancelled the domain name with dreamhost and now because it doesn't exist I can't log into the site nor will wordpress allow me into the my upgrades site to let me cancel.

  6. I purchased a domain name through dreamhost on Saturday. There were some complications, so I went to WordPress to see if I could access it through you. Dreamhost didn't allow me to do what I needed to connect to you, and I had already paid you the $13 fee through Paypal for the domain mapping. So I canceled my domain name through dreamhost and then tried to cancel the $13 fee from WordPress. My paypal account shows the charge has been made, but since I can't access the domain name, I'm trying to get a refund. The Paypal account is under my name, Terri DeVries. That's my dilemma--it seems to be a vicious cycle.
